How we work
We make a diagnosis free of charge. If you do not want to have the device repaired, we will send it back to you. You then only pay the shipping costs.
We recommend that you always send the package insured. If something breaks or does not arrive, you are insured for this.
The warranty period on all repairs is 6 months.
A brief explanation of our working method
1. You offer us a device for repair.
You can send the device by post or deliver it to our address. However, delivery is only possible by appointment.
We kindly ask you to fill in the repair form on our site. You can print out the copy of the repair form that you receive in your mailbox and enclose it with the device. We advise to insure the package if something breaks or does not arrive.
2. An obligation-free quotation
As soon as we have determined what is defective, you will always receive a non-binding quotation of the expected repair costs in advance.
3. Your agreement
You agree to our offer in writing or by email.
4. The repair
Now we will repair the defect for you. If necessary, we will provide the replacement parts.
5. Repair done: payment
If we return the device to you by post, we will send you a payment request in advance with an iDEAL link with which you can pay the invoice. We will only return the device after payment.
If the device is collected from us, payment is in cash or with a payment request via email. Only after payment is the device handed over.
